It's not about being perfect, it's not about having things figured out, it's not about being an expert, it's not about having all the skills, it's about being willing to take teeny tiny little action steps and to just be okay to get started where you're at and make the most of what you've got.

In this episode, I want to be honest and open about my journey and what it's taken for me to get to where I am.

So that you can see that it's not about being perfect.

It's not about having things figured out.

It's not about being an expert.

It's not about having all the skills. It's about being

willing to take teeny tiny little action steps and to just be okay to get started where you're at

and make the most of what you've got. Because this is so important. I think that so often we

overcomplicate things or make ourselves feel

like we need to be better than we are in order to kind of do something or put something out there.

And it just simply isn't true. So when I got started with the Female Entrepreneur Association,

I, in the early days, started making videos.

And I was actually having a conversation recently with someone who just joined the team.

And this person has been part of my membership for a really, really long time.

So she's been part of the FAA world for ages.

And we were talking about one of my earlier videos.

And I was like, oh yeah.

And then she said, oh, look, your first, like, I don't know if she made a comment office set or whatever.

Was that in your flat?

And I was like, oh, that was a bedroom at my parents' house.

And she was like, what?

And I was like, yeah, it was a bedroom at my parents' house.
