What I felt like was so beautiful about it is

just comparisons that she draws between design principles

and life not going as planned and making the best of it.

I think that's beautiful.

I love the way that you did that.

And I'm so honored to have a part in your book.

But I wanted to have you on today to talk about design

because design is very intimidating for people

who struggle with clutter and who don't feel confident

in their homes when I say that that's me.

It's been a long process for me to even be willing

to officially decorate my home.
