0:07.0	the ones that almost feel real. It was pretty intense. I was traveling in a foreign country
0:12.6	and I was robbed. My wallet, my passport, my money and my phone were all taken from me.
0:21.6	And right as I started to wake up, I was asking myself the question,
0:26.6	how am I going to get out of this situation?
0:29.6	And I thought about it. I thought about it as I woke up.
0:33.6	How would I get out of the situation?
0:35.6	And I thought this dream was a great picture of what it
0:39.4	means to be powerless, what it means to be out of control of a situation. And that word powerless
0:46.6	sometimes we recoil from. We don't like thinking of that word. You know, I think of my friend Craig
0:53.4	Perra from the mindful habit. He doesn't like that word. He likes empowerment. He likes. You know, I think of my friend Craig Pera from the mindful habit.
0:54.9	He doesn't like that word.
0:56.0	He likes empowerment.
0:57.1	He likes, you know, kind of finding the power within.
1:00.6	But I think there's some benefit to admitting the situation that we're in and admitting that we're powerless.
