Our souls weren't made for this. I read a writer talking about all the information we're hit with

constantly, all the news and information, all the stuff going on around the world. And she said,

our souls aren't made for that. I know that's true. That's a great way to put that because that's your

mind, that's your emotions, that's your intellect, that's your imagination. Too much. It's overload. Too much.

So if it's okay, can we encourage you, and us too, but we're encouraging you, just do the thing

that's put in front of you today. The people who are in front of you, the person who is in front of

you, like just be there. You have to take on the whole world just today's

daily bread that's what we need so just like any other field there are cliches when it comes to

faith that come up and some of them aren't worth that much but some are some become cliches but then

the problem is it loses meaning,

but it actually matters. One of those cliches is count your blessings. Like you should,

you are tempest tossed, when you are discouraged, thinking all is lost, count your many blessings,

name them one by one, and it will surprise you

It puts you in a totally different mindset.

Because you've gone from scarcity, what don't I have to?
