The time has come, Beech, today, Monday is our balls deep for summer release party.

Now, before we get into that, it's also Memorial Day, even more importantly, much more

importantly, it's Memorial Day. And today is the day that we honor the fallen. We remember

those that have given their lives for our great nation.

And a lot of you have had or you have family members that have served. Maybe they have passed

or fallen in battle or served in, you know, past wars and conflicts of the past. My father served, my father, my grandfather,

served in World War II, so did my stepfather. So that's something that is extremely important

to address. And the reason why we have our balls deep for summer release party today,

it's because that's what we do as a

swolf and that's what we do to honor the fallen we remember the fallen and we honor them by

making sick fucking gains a lot of you are going to be doing specific workouts in order to

memorialize those that have and respect those that have given their lives.

But that's how we come together because a lot of people have the day off for this reason.

And maybe as an individual, you don't know anyone directly or you don't have anyone your family that have passed or that have served.

So it's important to recognize that.

It's important to recognize that and understand that the reason why we are all able to go

the fucking gym every single day.

It's because of those people that have made the greatest sacrifice.

So today, remember that, if nothing else.
