Maybe you sing along with the songs. You know what? You should.

You really should.

I say this because it's really good for you.

Over and over in scripture, we're told to sing and sing, I think it's more than 100 times.

I'm sure.

And you might be like, well, I'm not really a good singer.

It doesn't matter.

The Washington Post just had an article where it's psychologists saying singing is incredibly good for your well-being. They've again confirmed something in the Bible that's over and over

and over. God tells us this not because he's like, I want you to sing, sing for dance for me.

Like I need entertain. Like no, it's's good for you even if you're not good at

it they have a professor emeritus of neuroscience at mcgill university saying nobody says you shouldn't jog if

you're not good at it that's not the point he's talking about singing it changes your mood

it helps you relax so you're not anxious And imagine singing about beautiful things that remind you of why you don't need to be anxious.

I grew up in a broken home, long story. There was a guy and his wife. They were young. They were in college, actually. And he was the part-time youth minister at this rural church when I was in high school.

Really liked him.

He was smart.

And it was nice for me to have an older guy in my life, even if it was only like five years older.

He played guitar and stuff.

And it's just a good conversation.

I really liked their marriage.
