Hey, everyone. I'm not feeling great today. I feel like I haven't been feeling that great for a couple episodes, which is not good. I don't want to bring that energy to the podcast,

but I decided I would use my handheld mic and lay down. And maybe that would help. I just didn't

sleep well last night. And when I don't sleep well, I feel like shit. It was thundering and lightning

last night, so my fucking dog was up constantly, parking,

which had me up.

But here we are.

How are you?

There's not really any teen mom news this week.

Kale is, oh, Kail's fighting with her friend Mark. Do you remember her friend Mark?

She's been friends with him since 16 and pregnant. If not 16 and pregnant, the teen mom, like,

since the first season of teen mom too. They got into a fight over, I'll be honest. I didn't listen to

her podcast to hear her explanation of it

or watch his live to hear his explanation of it because, can't, I, because, right?

Like, I only listen to Kail's podcast. If I feel like I absolutely have to, like if I feel like

something crazy is happening, I feel like I've tuned in to listen to Leah on there a couple of times.

But in general, I stay away from Kail's podcasts and just like, we'll read recaps of it.

And like, I don't need to watch the YouTube live or YouTube Instagram live of a side character doesn't even feel like

the word. A friend that comes up every once in a while. But Mark and Kail had a falling out,

which is sad in a way because Kail, as we know, like, has fallen out with most of her long-term

friends. It doesn't seem like a situation usually where she just grows apart from them.

She has full-blown falling outs. It was over money and a vacation they were supposed to take
