0:04.6	I had 3,000 employees that couldn't go to an office, couldn't do work, and we only had
0:09.5	one computer for each person, and none of them had internet in their home. Not one.
0:14.9	And I looked at my partner Merle at the time, and he looked at me and said, don't do it.
0:18.9	I said, I gotta do it. And I just stood up and said, I'm worried.
0:23.4	I was like, okay, this is the address. So we go up and knock on the door, and his mom walks
0:29.6	out in a moo moo. I was like, well, where's Brad? She's like, oh he's in the garage playing
0:35.2	video games. This is one of my biggest mistakes.
0:41.3	And this is one of the biggest things I learned was don't trust the financial investors.
0:45.5	They are in it for themselves. They are not in it for you. This is one of my other things.

1:16.2	allowing our customers to focus on the front office, and we provide services to the brokers,
1:20.9	MGA's wholesalers, and carriers throughout the insurance market.
1:24.9	Yeah, I was going to ask who your customers are. Is it independent insurance people,
1:28.8	or is it even bigger companies as well?
1:31.1	There are usually very large organizations. We got started focusing on brokers.
1:36.3	And when you think of brokers, there's a lot of different brokers people know. They know
1:39.9	they're geico's, they're state farms. That's what people think of because they're used to
