But in fact, this is two separate stories that tie back into one. July 5th, 1991, 11-year-old

Charles Arlen Leon Henderson. Most often, he went by Arlen. Arlen was riding out on his yellow

and white bike, which he called White Lightning, by the way, while his mother was getting

dinner ready. And this bike was a huffy brand, and it had black accents on the seat.
