One is an Olympian.

So first things first we are going to talk about this.

A former USA Gymnastics Doctor has been accused of sexual abuse and I just want to

give you guys a warning if you are commuting in the car listening to this with somebody that's under the age of 13.

We are going to talk about the specific allegations in this case.

So this may either be a good learning tool for children to understand what is acceptable and what's not acceptable behavior from a doctor.

Or you might want to screen this and decide if it's appropriate for them and then, so about five minutes.

Okay, Uncle Tim, can you go over what has been alleged in these two cases?

Yes, so first we know that two gymnasts have come forward with complaints against Dr. Larry

Nasser, one of the women was, well, is a 2000 Olympian and she filed a civil suit in California and she is named

Jane Doe in the documents. The other person is Rachel Den Hollander and she has

filed a complaint with the Michigan police and we'll get to the differences

between a complaint and a civil lawsuit and criminal lawsuit later on.

According to the legal documents, Larry Nassar began to groom Jane Doe in 1994 by fondling and groping her and groping her and giving

Jane Doe the impression that inappropriate contact was part of medical care.

The documents state that Nasser would use his position as

team physician to offer what he deemed necessary care and treatment for Jane Doe's
