Alright so obviously we want to say a big thank you to all of our men and women of the military and civil servants all over the world.

No matter which country you represent. Thank you guys and gals and dogs for everything you do.

And thank you especially to all the people on the front line fighting with the COVID and all the truck drivers that are still getting food out there.

We got everybody and keep them stuff going. There's shortages all over the place so we appreciate you guys keeping it to a minimum.

Yes we appreciate you guys so much. Thank you guys for watching over us. We keep praying for you guys every day.

Hopefully it'll get to slow down a little bit. And we love you.

Absolutely. And obviously if you're struggling out there from the mental health standpoint depression sitting in I keep seeing all these different reports everywhere of you know suicides are up 600% in some places.

And then then you got cases of domestic violence and overdoses or two to 300% where they normally are.

So we know people are struggling out there. We see it a lot in the group. I know we just day or two ago there were two or three people that really needed help because they were killing suicidal.

Yeah. And you know a lot of times we'll get one of those a month or one every two months and we had two or three a minute day.

Yeah. So that just showed a very hard breaking. But anyways you know if you need help please lean on the group.

I know when everyone in those situations turned out way better because the people flooded them with messages and you know I'm just glad to see that I'm glad that we've got a group we can be so proud of that actually serves a function.

And that's the greatest thing and we love you guys so much. You're just awesome.
