And my guest today is Dr. Ken Keyes. Dr. Keyes, welcome to the show.

Well, thanks, Henry, for having me on. Excited to have you. A great topic of conversation today.

I'm titling this episode, Business on Purpose. And let me give you a little bit of background on Dr.

Keyes, and it'll start to make a bit more sense

as to why I was excited about having him on the show. Dr. Ken Keyes is a foremost global authority

on behavioral assessment strategies and processes and an expert in leadership, purpose, and wellness.

So he combines all of those things. He's generated a heck of a lot of content

on this and other topics. He's produced over four million words of content, including 500

articles, four books, and dozens of assessments. So a lot of thought and research and background

that has gone into, rather, what his beliefs are on how we can improve our purpose in life

and in specific,

how we can apply that to our small business.
