I'm going to go this week, been working out and playing hockey really consistently and

been feeling some endorphins.

I think also just getting away from that Abilify nightmare, the further I get away from having

had that in my system.

Sure, there's people that Abilify is saving their life and it's working great for them,

but it turned on me like a fucking Doberman pincher.

I just escaped into my car and I'm peeling rubber away from it.

But yeah, I've been feeling endorphins this week and it's been really nice.

I forget sometimes how important it exercises to mood.
