| 0:00.0 | 2011 i made 63 000 2013 i made 250 000 as an entrepreneur right that's the leverage that |
| 0:05.5 | comes from audience and attention the prima kitchen sells to craft for 200 million dollars so i |
| 0:09.4 | realized okay my constraint is time i need to be able to create a personal brand in maximum |
| 0:14.2 | five hours a week maybe three hours so they put together these meet and greets they were expecting |
| 0:19.2 | it to be absolutely mobbed like it is for the YouTubers. |
| 0:22.2 | And nobody showed up. |
| 0:23.2 | Email is the sexiest it has ever been. |
| 0:26.4 | So in the last six months, I have worked firsthand on launching email newsletters for |

| 0:39.7 | That was Nathan Berry, founder of Kit, and he's worked directly with tens of thousands of creators |
| 0:46.0 | building their businesses all through email. And today, we're talking about why attention is the |
| 0:51.4 | most valuable currency in the world. and the two questions that turned a |
| 0:55.0 | blogger into a $200 million exit and Nathan's exact system for building a personal brand in just |
| 1:01.3 | three to five hours a week. Let's get into it. Nathan, dude, welcome. Thanks for joining us. |
| 1:06.6 | Thank you for having me. So as the founder of Kit, you get a bird's eye view on what tens of |
| 1:13.3 | thousands of creators are doing and what's working in their business. So I'm excited to dive into that. |
| 1:18.7 | And I also want to talk about how you've been growing your personal brand over the past year and why |
| 1:23.2 | that's important for you. I'm really, you know, stoked to get into that. And then you got some new |
| 1:27.0 | projects that stuff we're working on. Yeah. And I'm always curious, you know, where your head's at and what you're working on. So let's dive right in with Kit. You, you know, as I said, have got your finger on the pulse of tens of thousands of creators. What are you seeing that's standing out for you right now with those that are really growing? Okay, so I'm going to go two sides of this. One at the beginner side and one at the very advanced side. One that still works ridiculously well, but it's just reinvented is lead magnets. They might be an email course instead of an ebook. They might be like a full video course or they might be delivered over a comment to DM automation on Instagram. Yeah. But it's still the exact same concept that it's always been. |
| 2:19.7 | And it still really, really works because people are hungry to learn a new skill and they |
| 2:24.6 | want the shortcut to do it. |
| 2:25.8 | And so what you see is the investment in really good packaging and copywriting. |
