I haven't done this in years, literal years. It has been since probably the first couple

years of my podcast that I solo recorded because I had that much to say. I don't always love talking to myself question

which is crazy because I do that around my house all the time and in my day and in my brain.

But ultimately, I just don't talk to y'all and whether I have somebody who can come on or not

when the topics are just too high, right?

You just got to get in the mix.

And sometimes it's just you.

Sometimes you got to love your own company.

It's a good thing I love mine because we got a lot to talk about.

This was an interesting time in hot topics.

I will say it is also an interesting time in politics. Will I be getting into that?

For the sake of my piece, we don't hold off, but there is, I will say, a whole like report or

thing, Instagram post. I'm going to find it for y'all. It's going out and it's out and around there of people,

Bravo Lebrides, who are in the Epstein files. Yikes. But that's important. And people probably need to

know about that. In which case, I'm not going to not talk about who I saw on this post. I'm not going to confirm either. Like,

I'm not going to go look through it because I just are not ready to have a bad day. And going

through a bunch of files of credo things is not really something that is going to bring you joy
