But, you know, and that's, it like, got me thinking the other day.

I think it was yesterday I was kind of going back and forth with an athlete that I work with.

And it's just like, that's like, you know, there's just, I know we're not going to spend the entire podcast talking about today. but just, I think one of the other, like, greatest struggles that athletes deal with this time of year is the effect that isolation and loneliness have on our psyches, like our emotions and our mental um you know kind of way of life that also turns like

can turn motivation up or down um because you know in the summertime or the spring when it's warm

you've got you know all these opportunities to be outside to go to the pool to be outside, to bike outside, to run outside.

Not only does it is like the vitamin D and the sunshine is just getting out about making you feel better and more alive and more energized, but you're more apt to get like a big group of people to do things with.

You know, most, you know, cities and places where people live have, you know, local clubs or teams or whatever, they do things.

You know, we do our camps.

But then in the winter, it's like, yeah, no, I'm going to pass.

It's just hard to find time with the constricted daylight, and then other people's motivation is, like, low.
