So go ahead and close your eyes and give yourself this opportunity to just relax and be comfortable.

Because right now, we're going on a journey, a meditation.

A journey of thoughts. A meditation of joy.

That's it.

I want you to notice that each breath in, you breathe in life.

And with each breath out, you just relax deeper, allowing stress, worries or doubts to fade away off into the distance.

That's it.

Each breath in, you breathe in life.

You breathe in this moment.

And with each breath out, that stress gets less and less and less.

Because as our thoughts begin to just slow down.

You can notice each word I say.

You may notice how your attention can just be here in this moment, in this time.

And you can imagine the connections of your conscious mind, beginning to attach to your unconscious, as if you're bridging

that gap and allowing that unity to be here now.

Because we're going to meditate on the wonderful subject that life is good.

And you are receiving all your gifts.

That's it.

It sounds strange that life is good and you are now about to receive all your gifts.

Where life begins to flow to you and through you.

So you begin to be aware of all life's gifts.

Because it has so much in store for you
