Hey all you private partners, welcome back to part two.

Gee, I just want to continue this theme of social norms because we are, when we grow up,

we're told all about these social norms and then when we get older, we're like, who made these rules?

Like who said that we had to do this and we had to do that?

And then the worst thing is, my brother always said this when he was a kid.

My dad took, he went clay pigeon shooting so he shot those clays in the sky.

And he took my little brother, my brother with him and he gave my brother a little gun, like a toy gun.

And he came back from this clay pigeon shooting, whatever it was and my mum was there.

My brother remembers it so my brother must have been about five years old.

And they came into the house and my mum ran up and said, oh my god, how was it?

Was it amazing? How many did Alexander shoot? And my dad and oh, he got every single one.

And my brother in his head went, hang on a second, they gave me a real gun.

They had, he went, hang on, why would they give me a five year old, a real gun?

That is a stupid. I think parents think that our children are stupider than we actually think.

Oh my god.

Yeah, you know what I mean? And so then I realized growing up, there's something that raised that my parents weren't always right with stuff.

And there's a very realisation we're going, we home my mum isn't right all the time.

And that happens at some point, doesn't it? Yes, completely.

And I think when you're in it and you're the one kind of going, I'm making this up.

And I don't know if I'm doing it right.

It kind of, it does make you look back at your parents kind of go, I get it a bit more now.

I get it. I get why my mum would sometimes fly off the handle or, you know, say with my dad.
