2:23.0 | But it's just it's it's such an interesting topic, but it really does address the the issues that we have with hiring. |
2:31.0 | And we talk a lot about what it takes to hire good people, what it takes to retain good people and actually build upon what we're trying to do with this industry. |
2:41.0 | What the modern craftsmen is trying to do with this industry, what Tyler, myself and all of us in this modern craftsmen community are trying to do with this industry. |
2:49.0 | And that is not only to create awareness around the trades, but make the trades a viable career for people. |
2:55.0 | And for people that truly want to be in this and build a life around this because far too often people get into these trades without a path. |
3:05.0 | And then they end up finding a path in another industry that might be more lucrative because there wasn't a good path for them to follow in you know within this industry. |
