But that's why I look real estate investing is like you have not just one method to make income.

You have basically four big lovers.

You got the cash flow, you got the principal pay down, you get the tax benefits, and then you

get the long-term appreciation. That's just four and so you know over time I think if you buy good assets and good locations

You're gonna do well if you can hold these assets long enough

names so super excited to connect with Tyler and his team and then we got another

closing early next week the Bodega Bay 44 Unit Waterfront Hotel got delayed a little bit.

We found some water damage when we walked the units before closing which was supposed to

happen last week. So we sent our team up there remediation team and sure enough you know seven of their units have some water damage and so we're going to knock another few hundred thousand dollars off the price and looks like we'll be closing next Tuesday and for any of you that are interested in a last chance
