So today we are going to talk a little bit about my birthday because my birthday was this week on Tuesday.

And the topic of the episode is going to be 22 things that I learned in my 22nd year.

So Lauren doesn't know what I wrote.

Yeah, I have no clue.

And I tried to look at it, but she wouldn't let me.

So this can be interesting.

It'll be an interesting episode.

And a surprise for Lauren as well.

But first, let's talk about what we've done recently

because we haven't recorded a podcast in so long.

It's been like a month, I think.

Yeah, you guys have been hearing them every week, but all of those episodes we recorded when we

were back in L.A. And now we're home in Toronto. So I've just been editing them and getting them up,

but we haven't actually recorded a new one for probably a month yeah so let's just catch up what have

you been doing since let's say the beginning of August because now it's August 22nd um so since the

beginning of August I had a friend of mine come from England and she stayed with me for like a week

and then just been spending time at the cottage and just last week

I went back to England with my friend and we had a really fun time she lives in like the

countryside so it was really cool and different than Toronto for sure what about you um honestly
