0:46.6	extra special extra episode about viewer questions and in fact we're going to
0:53.2	start with some very serious questions that people have posed to us because
0:59.0	they need help and it's I have to say it's an honor, Laura, to be working with
1:03.2	you on this because we're actually not just telling stories, we're actually
1:07.7	affecting people's lives, we're educating people and giving people
1:11.6	opportunities to reach out for help so thank you so much for that.
1:15.0	Well that's the importance of this podcast, it's not just us talking in a studio
1:18.9	like you say Jim see it's the reach that we have of being able to talk to people.
1:23.9	It's quite an intimate experience listening to a podcast but to be able to talk
1:28.2	about the warning signs and the risk factors and of course quite a few
1:32.0	people are now emailing us or contacting us via Twitter or Facebook really
1:36.5	saying they're in a desperate situation or they're concerned for somebody else
1:40.0	so it's really good to be able to give some informed information so that
