Hey, y'all. How's it going? I just got off a cruise going to the Caribbean, and it was amazing.

It was so, so fun.

We saw lots of iguanas.

Those things are huge and kind of scary looking.

And we got to hang out on the beach and swim in like perfect crystal blue waters.

And it was just amazing.

So I'm very excited to be back here with y'all.

So today's episode is all about your relationship with your parents.

And for today's episode, I thought it'd be super fun to bring my mama. is all about your relationship with your parents.

And for today's episode, I thought it'd be super fun to bring my mom on and talk with her about some of the things that have helped us build a really strong relationship, as well as

some of the challenges as a teen and having a relationship with your parent.

And my mom shares some of her story with her mother, which I think is a very powerful story,

especially for those of you who have parents that are not available in your life, you feel like they're very distant and aren't present

for you. My mom's mother struggled with addiction. So I think that hopefully I feel like hearing

her story and also mine will be very beneficial for y'all and I'm super excited to hop into it.
