| 1:17.3 | private clients for close to five years. I'm kind of kind of friends with Martin Burkans, |
| 1:23.5 | who's kind of the originator, at least online, intermittent fasting and his protocol, |
| 1:28.1 | lean gains from like back in 2007, 2008 when he first put it online, when really no one |

| 1:35.8 | And then I just kind of tweaked it with my own clients and, you know, working with Josh |
| 1:40.3 | Smith and, of course, our other business partner, Jim Brown, we decided last summer, you know, they were like, dude, you know, you got so many people on this lifestyle. Why don't you guys write a book about it? You know, we can push it out to more people so they can expose it to, quote, unquote, the masses. So we did. And the book started just like a five-page white paper, white paper, PDF and do, you know, 155, 160-page book on intermittent fasting. |
