I am your host Terry Cole as you probably know by now and I'm really happy that you

decided to hang out with me today. I have a really great interview with a friend of mine

Latham Thomas who before we get to the interview I want to talk to you guys a little bit about

Stuff we covered in the interview but I want you to start thinking about how much do you ritualize your self-care in your life?

Really think about how is your self-care?

I mean that's sort of the beginning of it, but that's a lot of what Latham

and I are talking about and she's someone who I've known for many years like a lot of the

people who I badger to be on my show And I didn't remember until we were doing the interview

how I actually met her because in my mind,

she's really close friends with Gabby Bernstein,

who I'm close friends with,

but I didn't know her through Gabby.

In my mind for a minute I thought I did and then I realized she said, no, hello, we met in a nail salon.

And we literally were getting our nails done separately.

We sit down to dry our nails and I don't know how, but we just

started talking and before you know it we were having the deepest dive that as I say

in the interview like normal people don't actually do with people they don't know but it

seems like people in wellness and empowerment and spirituality are very open to
