And I can't think of anybody more qualified at the moment because you are officially in a Beatles movie.

Well, Beatles Associated, I suppose.

Yep, yesterday was released at the end of June.

And, yeah, what a thrill to be a part of it.

Wow. How were you approached?

Did they know you were a Beatles fan?

I'm not sure if they did.

I mean, I'd known Richard Curtis, who wrote it

for some time being involved with comic relief

and the first little bit in a film I ever did was in Notting Hill.

So, and I remember dinner at Richard's place, 10, 15 years ago probably, where we ended up talking about the Beatles.

And so I knew he was a big Beatles fan.

I'm not sure if he still remembered I was, but I auditioned. I auditioned for the film. And so I knew he was a big Beatles fan. I'm not sure if he still remembered I was.

And so Richard and Danny Boyle, who directed it, were in the audition.

And I came in and then just blurted my love of the Beatles at them for a while.
