Summary

Dr. Linda LeBlanc joins me today to provide a primer of sorts on behavioral approaches to supporting the elderly, using solid behavioral principles to run organizations, and embedding ethics into everyday clinical decision making. She ends the show by sharing some great advice for BCBAs who are new to the field. Linda is the president of LeBlanc Behavioral Consulting, as well as the Executive Advisor for Trumpet Behavioral Health. Prior to these positions, she held faculty appointments at Western Michigan University as well as my alma mater, Auburn University (War Eagle!!!).

0:28.3	session 22. And I think before we get into too many details, I do want to apologize to you
0:35.3	guys. It's been quite the podcasting hiatus that I've been on,
0:38.2	and there's been a few reasons that have contributed to that,
0:42.1	one of which is I've been working on this project
0:44.5	of creating CE opportunities for listening to the podcast.
0:50.0	You know, I didn't really have that in mind
0:52.8	when I first started the show,
0:54.7	but what happened was I would get an occasional email from a listener saying,
0:58.9	hey, you know, we're really digging what the guests have to say.
1:02.7	We're learning a lot and so on and so forth.
1:04.6	It would be awesome if we can get some type 2 continuing ed for this.
1:09.0	And so I'd get an occasional email that came in that went along those
1:12.6	lines. And then once those emails started becoming more and more of a thing, I decided to kind of
1:18.0	try to figure out how to make that happen. So I went into that. And so now with selected
1:25.9	podcast episodes, you can earn Type 2 continuing education credit for listening to the show.
