Yeah, it's been all right.

Yeah, I went to the NHS Hero Awards last night, which is a look, I just kind of hadn't really heard

about it before, we got asked to present an award, I think it's televised next week Monday to get everyone to get

a chance to see it. I won't say too much about the guy that we're presenting to

but basically it's all heroes from the world of the NHS people that have fundraised or yeah some of the doctors the nurses

It's just amazing some of the stories mate

I've got a tug on the heartstrings. Yeah, it's a little bit like Pride of Britain.

Just amazing people just to be in that room with those incredible people. Duchess of Cornwall was there.

She was sat on the next table she presented an award yeah

I was in good company very well so yeah it was an amazing night amazing I just

makes you feel so humble and yeah it's sort of it sounds, makes me sound like I've had a really shit weekend.
