Here we go. Welcome back to the quarter of the day show.

I'm your host, Sean Croxon and Sean Croxon.com.

We got Tom Brady on the show today, the legendary Tom Brady on the show today.

And Tom is talking about failure, how failure is the way to success.

If you want to succeed, you're going to fail over and over again.

There is no such thing as straight line success.

You're going to have to course correct. You're going to have to deal with some obstacles and some challenges and some

criticisms. And if you're not willing to do that, then you're just not willing to succeed. You have to

be resilient. And the thing about overcoming those adversities time and time again is it builds yourself confidence.

You become somebody new.

You become somebody improved every single time you go through it.

But we have to be willing to do that.

Many parents these days, unfortunately, are raising their kids, you know, not to fail.

They're cuddling their kids and making sure that

they never feel that rejection. They never feel the pain of failure. But when you do that,

you're hamstringing your kids to not be able to deal with the realities of real life. And so failure

is good. Everybody fails and make sure that every time you fail, you learn, and it gives you a

reason to try something new. And when you try something new, you become someone new. And then when you do

that over and over again, you create the success that you want. Tom Brady's coming up.

The blessing my parents gave me was when I was that long shot as a kid who was a backup quarterback

on a freshman team, they never said, man, don't do that. It's going to be too hard. Let's do something
