Also want to mention that obviously we tell everybody every week about the group and that how if you're struggling mentally, especially with depression or suicidal thoughts, that you can go to the group.

And they are very good support system. You can also contact us if you're having any kind of problems. If you're just really struggling with life right now, there's a lot going on. It's no shame in needing help and asking for God. No, I'm about to reach out.

I feel like some days, you know, and I do want to say tonight's episode. I'm just telling everybody ahead of time. There is going to be a big portion at the beginning that does deal with suicide.

So I just want to give everybody the heads up. If that's something that you get triggered by and you don't want to hear about, maybe fast forward a little bit through that part, but it is a big part of the story that we're doing. So I wanted to mention it up front. And Tracy, if somebody struggling, obviously they can call the suicide helpline.

Yes, case of deals. So I had that and I usually put some guac or something on there. But this time I tried it just with that and it was of course delicious. It was so good.

I don't know. It's just got this extra little twang or I can't explain it. It's just it's just so good.

I made egg salad and I put a little bit, a little bit of the red in there, the traditional red.

It was delicious. It's so fun to try it on different stuff every week.
