you stress yourself. Beneficial stress or you stress is a positive form of stress that is energizing,

motivating and helps improve performance. When you face a challenge, even a fun and exciting challenge,

such as a new role at work or an opportunity to travel, you are likely to feel a level of stress. However, if you believe you have

the ability to rise to the challenge, then your experience is more likely to be eustress, as

opposed to distress. Use stress can help you feel more motivated

and confident in facing a challenge while helping you focus and pay attention. It can improve

your performance and lead to experiences of fulfillment, satisfaction and pride. For example,

when I was traveling in Europe, I often felt you stress. I was

simultaneously excited and nervous about the challenges of understanding different languages,

navigating new places and budgeting properly. However, I believed in my abilities to cope with

those challenges and it felt exciting to be going outside my comfort zone.

In fact, without use stress, life can feel a little stagnant.
