Hello, I seem to always seek inspiration to record these solo episodes when I am totally alone in my

gym at about 9 p.m. after my walking meditation that I've been putting off all day.

And it's funny because I always feel like those are the best ones when I've been resisting them.

every afternoon or evening until the end of the year as part of one of my things I'm

doing for my challenge. But going back to the point it's so funny because I

honestly feel like when I've had the most resistance towards doing it and doing what I

committed to myself that's when I actually have the best experience a lot of the

time it's like when you don't feel like doing it and you push through and you do it,

I think that's really a beautiful thing.

So yeah, I'm laying on the floor of the gym and I'm here to talk to you a little bit about what I've learned over the past few weeks,
