Hi, everyone. Okay, fair warning. I am once again at the shores, kind of unplanned. It's supposed to be

really nice this weekend. My dad and my stepmom are not going to be here.

I have a wedding, so I figured I would come down. The issue is that I can really hear traffic

from where my dad's place is. And I'm just noticing this, you know, right now. And I apologize if you can hear this. I'm

recording this on Friday night. I just watched some gymnastics. If you don't know, I'm like super

into gymnastics right now. I've always been, I mean, I always like to watch it at the Olympics

and I would like sometimes watch some other stuff. But in the last couple years, I've always been, I mean, I always like to watch it at the Olympics and I would like sometimes watch some other stuff.

But in the last couple years, I've gotten pretty into watching it. I would say I have a 34% understanding of the sport, which is actually quite high because it's really fucking hard to follow gymnastics if you never did gymnastics.

Chelsea Memel is a 30, well, she'll be 33 at the end of this month.

She is a formerly retired elite gymnast world champion, Olympic silver medalist, I believe.

I don't think she has a gold.

But she retired in 2012, had two kids, got married, was judging

gymnastics, coaching. And then in the pandemic time, she started fucking around in the gym.

And tonight, she just fucking rocked it in champions, in championships. It is truly one of the most inspiring things

I've ever seen in my life. It's one of the few things that brings me joy these days.

Chelsea and Bunny the talking dog are like really the only things from 2020 that make me feel good.

And I cried watching Chelsea's gymnastics tonight, which I did not think

I would ever cry watching gymnastics. But watching her husband crying the stands as she stuck her

bars dismount was just too much for me. Too much. You know, gymnastics is just such an abusive sport. And, like, they really

just abuse the shit out of little kids, little girls specifically. I don't follow men's gymnastics,

so I don't know what they do to the men. But they just break down the bodies of little girls.
