this week? A bunch of holidays occurring in this week. Of course, we've already had some other

As mentioned, 23rd of December. This episode in particular is our failure Friday segment.

It comes out every Friday, regardless of the day, regardless of the holiday. That's because failure

is so important. I believe we can learn as much from failure as we can from success. It's been one

of our most popular weekly features this year. What is failure Friday? Well, I'm glad you ask. It is

a collection of short stories about mistakes, missteps, disasters, and of course, failure.

We've had all kinds of these throughout the year. Stories tend to vary, but often there's an idea,

an assumption, and then what happens in actual reality and of course, whatever you learn through the

process. Today's short story, however, features a very special color. I think that's probably all I

want to say about it, or at least most I want to say about it. We've actually heard from this color

before in a couple of previous years with various issues. Last year, he was experiencing a

supply chain crisis. I think he made it through. He had a public health crisis the year before that.

Just all kinds of stuff happening. This year, though, he's going to tell a story of his early days.
