Garrett Gunderson back on the show. Garrett today is going to talk about the flow of abundance.

And that flow of abundance goes like this. Give, receive, receive, give, receive, give, give, receive, give, give, give,

receive, give, give, right?

And one thing that we do is we put so much emphasis on the giving part, on the serving part,

that we forget about the receiving side of things.

And we have to remember that, you know, when somebody tries to give us something and we're like,

no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

You are denying their universal right to participate in the flow.

Like, they're trying to give by you receiving. when you shut that down you just turn off the

faucet on the flow so be willing to receive be willing to ask people for what you need as well

and be willing to receive that and he's also going to hit a point about holding back the free

later on this talk.
