Summary

Luke 14.

Jesus told the parable of the Great Banquet. God has sent out the invitation through His Son, but the cares of this world have kept many from accepting His invitation. Entrance to the Great Banquet can only come through faith in Jesus Christ. He is our invitation to salvation.

0:45.6	Yawe is in the Old Testament, and now we get to learn so much more about him
0:51.0	as a man come to Earth to be with us and live among us.
0:54.4	God did not have to do that. He did not have to humble himself to become a man, but
0:59.4	he did. He came to live among us and now he knows exactly what it is like to be us
1:05.5	He can comfort us when we're sad or hurting
1:08.8	He can give us joy when we feel down. He can give us peace when we are afraid. He is so good. Today I want to
1:16.5	share with you some more teachings of Jesus. He taught us a lot while he was here and
1:21.8	you already know that he spoke in parables to the people
1:24.8	so today we are going to listen to a couple more parables tune your ears in
1:30.1	closely to find truth in Jesus teachings today in
