and learned the importance of trusting my gut. But I also learned how difficult this can be while

dating or in a relationship. I've downplayed, dismissed, and digested so many red flags, including

love bombing, gaslighting, and breadcrumming. I wanted to explore how the intoxication of

love and lust overpowers trusting our good instincts.

I've created a new podcast called Love Lust Fear

to explore true dating and relationship stories from the awkward and uncomfortable

to the shocking and bizarre to the disturbing and downright dangerous.

I'm welcoming guests to present their stories first person uninterrupted,

then dive into candid conversations revealing the decisions they made when better judgment got lost in a haze of desire.
