Summary

This week I spoke with friend and fellow comedian Jimmy Carr! Jimmy Carr is a British stand-up comedian, TV show host, and author. His latest book is Before & Laughter: The Funniest Man in the UK’s Genuinely Useful Guide to Life. Jimmy is an incredibly successful entertainer, but he didn’t start of his career that way; he made some brave choices with the help of neurolinguistic programming. He offers some excellent advise, quotes, and philosophical musings on many topics throughout this episode—from grief and flow states, to our position in the world, and our disposition in response to the world around us. It is heartwarming and humorous throughout. We hope you enjoy it.
