One of the great things about living

is that there are just so many fascinating people around here.

Really great people.

And I'm not talking about movie stars necessarily,

although, yeah, there are probably some movie stars who are very cool.

But it's just that there are so many people here who are doing so many creative things

and it just seems like every day I meet somebody who's, you know,

just a stellar kind of character.

Anyway, one of the most interesting people I know around here is Neil Strauss.

Now, some of you may have heard of him.

You've heard him on this podcast, perhaps, or you've heard of some of his books.

You may have read him in the New York Times in Rolling Stone.

He's all over the place. He's on TV a lot.

He's got all sorts of things going on.

Now, he's one of these people who wrote, he's written, I think, eight books,

he said, I asked him the other night, he's published eight books.

I think all of them were New York Times bestsellers.

He's a phenomenally successful writer and with good reason.

Nobody tells a story like this guy.

He's like, you know, so many people are writers.
