Summary

0:31.6	Kristen lives in Western Massachusetts, and you'll learn all about her in the next couple of hours.
0:38.8	Kristen and I did a three-hour interview yesterday and I discovered at the end of it that
0:44.8	her side of the audio hadn't recorded. There was no way to retrieve it. So we both took
0:51.2	that very philosophically, she more than I, and spent a bunch of time here messing with equipment, and we believe we have it working now.
1:00.4	But it's good in a way because that was a dress rehearsal in a sense.
1:03.8	And I think today's interview will be even more substantial and interesting for the listeners.
1:10.0	Kristen was brought to my attention a couple of months ago by a fellow who had attended
1:13.6	a weekend seminar retreat that she had conducted up in Seattle and he sent me a bunch of
1:19.6	recordings.
1:20.6	He was raving about her. I listened to a little bit.
1:22.6	And what struck me immediately and has been reinforced now in having had this conversation
1:28.2	with Kristen is that she speaks very genuinely from her own experience.
1:34.4	She didn't really have a spiritual teacher or practice prior to the spiritual unfoldment
1:39.6	which began to occur for her.
1:41.9	And she hasn't read a lot of spiritual books.
1:44.0	In fact, I'll bring out certain
1:45.2	terms and she'll say, I don't know what that means, but she does know what it means on the
1:48.8	level of her experience. I think people will find that refreshing, as, you know, a lot of times,
1:55.5	and I'm guilty of it more than anyone, people have a lot of jargon without enough direct
