During these uncertain times, I thought that I might take this opportunity to focus on some essential oils for kids' emotions. Because for the other parents out there like me who are suddenly at home with their kids 100% of the time, it's been challenging.

I have big emotions. They have big emotions. We are all getting through together. We're having a lot of fun,

but of course it's challenging as well to be on just such a different routine than we used to be.

So a lot of emotions are coming up. So I invited expert Kat Mulvaney onto the show to talk to us about a healthy way to deal with

My favorite oil this week that's been helping us get past a lot of the cranky irritability that's been going around.

Our household is tangerine essential oil.

Tangerine essential oil is very similar to the other citrus oils like orange and grapefruit and lemon.

But there's something about tangerine to me that is just so sweet and innocent and can help calm
