classicists. Actually, I don't even know if we can call ourselves classicists. You mean me? You don't

have a degree. Neither to you. I know. That's why we can't call ourselves classicists. I'm saying.

Is that what makes us a classicist is whether you have a degree or not? We are amateurs. Yeah, that is true. With my friend. So are a lot of guys with degrees. Hey.

No, no. They don't get paid. Oh, fair point. Good point. With textbook written all over it. Yeah. I mean, it's your

standard like sans-serif font on the front of green and per- you know, there's nothing interesting

happening on the front of the book. Oxford Philosophical Texts. You know it's a philosophy book when

the actual text of the philosophy starts 194 pages in after all of the intros and background and

analysis and stuff. Chapter 1 is on page 195. Are you actually holding it at the page 1?

This is the beginning. That's hilarious. That is the first page right there. For our, for our

YouTube watchers, there you go. Did you read any of those first 194 pages? Yeah.

I read the preface, which was another. Oh, Thomas, my sweet summer's Child. Yeah, I only read an intro if it's by a translator.

Really?

Yeah.

That's an interesting, that's like an interesting character trait there.

Okay, so I did read the preface.

And that begins on page 189.

So, I have an extra five pages in there.
