If you're like most people listening to this, you've got travel coming up, and chances are it's happening during the most brutal stretch of the year for your immune system. Thanksgiving through New Year's is when everyone's flying somewhere. You're going to be on planes. You're going to be around sick people. Your body is going to be under stress, which means you're dealing with hacked airports, recycled air on long flights, and time zones that wreck your circadian rhythm. Most people
