Here we go. Welcome back to the quote of the day show.

We got Myron Golden back on the show today.

He's going to talk about someday, one day, you know, we're going to get started one day.

We're going to get started someday. We're going to get started on Monday, whatever it may be.

And many of us never start. And he's going to talk about why we have that internal resistance

and why we have that anxiety.

I have a whole spiel you've probably heard before.

I'm not going to do it today about anxiety.

How anxiety is just like one of the biggest blocks that we have because we have so

pathologized anxiety to the point where people feel like, nope, this is bad.

I'm not supposed to feel this.

It's supposed to be medicated.

I'm supposed to make this all go away.

Like anxiety in the context of success and changing and transforming your life like anxiety is a

good thing anxiety means that you're doing it right anxiety means that you're stepping outside of

your comfort zone anxiety is giving you the energy to keep right? To hit that point of no return that he's

going to talk about in today's talk. And so I encourage you to embrace the anxiety that comes with

transformation because you really don't get one without the other. Myron Golden is coming up.
