I am back with my double screen setup in Las Vegas. Matt is in Chicago. Kai has moved to a

different room in his nice new house, but he's he's ready to rock, aren't you, Kai? Oh, Jim, I am more

ready to rock than you'll ever know, buddy. Yes, I'm in the spare bedroom. It's now my office.

It's very exciting, very new. Nice. Can you take naps in your maps in your office there. I can take lots of naps. Kai, is there a backstory behind that? Like you and Leanna were bickering over main room midday working space and she won the war there. And now you're in the annex essentially. Well, Matthew, I always wanted a desk. I've been working at a card table for the better part of a year. And I said, you know what, Kai? You're a grown man. Get a grown ass man. Yes, you are right. A card table? Good gracious. Treat yourself to a desk, my man. I was not comfortable. I finally got a desk chair. I'm a real adult right now, guys. Hi, I think you should be, I think you should be podcasting from the gym, the in-home gym in your house, but you know what?

Yeah, I agree.

That's just my opinion.

off mic right before the show goodness this league is stacked coming up next year and we're going

to go through that team by team but that is only after we get through our intro and of course

a quick little roots roundup there was a news bomb dropped by Matt's dear friend yesterday. Coach Kay, he has something to say, Matthew, but we're going to get to that. Kai, hit us with the new reviews this week. We got two new reviews. Number one is from Nick

Bernie. He says, favorite pod. It's a long review and he has some questions. We're going to skip to

the good part. So he went to Colorado State. He can't wait for the Mountain West analysis. He

wants to know our takes on them because he is super excited. And guys, I think we share a sentiment. Colorado State is going to be banging next season. 50. Too far? I have him top of 35. I think I have him 35th. I think this team is fantastic. I think we are like one result away last year from talking about them, the way we're talking about St. Bonaventure this year. If they had not had that Nevada loss that the conference forced them to play at the end of the year, despite it being like a COVID cancellation and they took that loss, missed the tournament. Yeah, return all five starters. they really amped up the bench and we will get to that in the transfer section. They flipped a star D2 transfer from Texas Tech. Also got a loyal transfer coming out at the bench. They've got a little more umph behind that starting five. I think they're going to be fantastic next year. We love Nico Medved. Go Rams.

Yeah, Ramrods, Matthew. Very good. He also is a Binghamton fan. He says probably the only one that listens to your podcast. It could be true. He wants our takes. Tony Cornheiser listens. Okay. I know this. He wants our takes on interim coach, Seton Hall legend, Lavel Sanders. guys I really don't have many takes takes. Jim, maybe, maybe a take. I didn't, I didn't have a strong take, but I did a little research. He has an unconventional background. So he played in Europe for a long time and has coached in the Czech Republic. He's actually been on the Bingerton staff the last two years, but he's got a little bit of unconventional experience. And honestly, it's probably what you have to do when you're at a limited resources type of job.

We talked about this with like Kyle Smith at Washington State, the data raid and trying to find different ways to win if maybe your resources aren't as high as everyone else in your conference.
