As I've said many times before, I have a particular interest in cold case missing

persons cases, and I am thankful that you have suggested quite a few this year for me to be

able to research and share

with you all. I think these cases are really important to cover, because many haven't heard of the missing

child before, and there is always the hope the child can be found. So the more eyes and ears

in the case, the better. Nicole's has always been haunting to me. It seems like she disappeared into thin air.

July 1985, Toronto, Canada.

Eight-year-old Nicole Moran left her penthouse apartment she lived with with her mother

to meet a friend in the lobby so they could go swimming.

On this short trip from her apartment to the lobby, Nicole vanished never to be seen again.

Just one of many young girls to go missing in Ontario in the mid-1980s.
