Summary
Welcome to a new month, and a new Monthly Medicine episode of the pod! The theme for March is Cultivating Awareness. We're in a really tender place right now, collectively and personally -- letting go of what no longer serves, and not totally clear on the next stage to come. Our job this month is to surrender to the transition and pay attention, cultivating awareness in a soft, kind, and compassionate way.
