for us to talk about this topic because there are a lot of difficult conversations to be had lately, particularly as we are heading into the holiday season in the midst of a contentious political season and with so many stressors and strains and angst and very real issues that people are facing,

with ourselves. And how you handle a tough conversation has a lot to do with the results
