And so I want to ask you in this last year, what is the belief or a habit or anything along

those lines?

What is a micro shift that you have experienced that has changed your life?

How have you changed in a year?

It's such a beautiful question.

I swear to God, the answer is putting my phone on, do not disturb.

I'm not even kidding you.

And I'm trying to make it more poetic, but that's genuinely the answer.

And just having more boundaries in terms of like how accessible I am.

And nature has been such a huge part of my life and my journey and I'm outside every

day and hiking every day.

And to be able to experience

that one-on-one without this constant like barrage and interference of like information and

tasks and contact, even though it is beautiful in its own way, for me has been like extraordinarily

transformative. But I want to also go back to something
