0:47.4	Okay. My opinion of the Hamptons incredibly overrated.
0:51.4	You want to know another thing that's incredibly overrated? Central Park.
0:56.4	Central Park. So overrated. Central Park and the Hamptons both overrated.
1:00.4	The Hamptons. It's not that pretty. It's not that pretty at all.
1:04.4	So very overrated. So what's the appeal? What is good about it?
1:09.4	If you're in New York, it's only an hour and a half away without traffic.
1:13.4	So you can go to the beach there. So it's a little bit like a Sonoma or Napa.
1:17.4	Like I think those places are nice. They're not the best. They're kind of boring.
1:22.4	Napa is Napa and Sonoma are prettier than the Hamptons without a doubt. In my opinion.
1:27.4	Oh, okay. Interesting. And do you like do you feel different?
